We focus on bringing you healing, rehabilitation and rejuvenation utilizing yoga, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and other bodywork techniques. Our yoga studio (Lotus Bloom) focuses on utilizing breath, balance and alignment with therapeutic techniques to help you recover and prevent injury, and increase vitality. We offer a range of class levels from beginners to advance and therapeutic to athletic. Beyond improving strength, flexibility and peace of mind, we emphasize in medically integrative yoga to help clients work through musculoskeletal injuries, chronic disease, constitutional weaknesses and general health restoration. All classes use the yoga principles and postures to bring mind, body and spirit into balance. Anyone is welcome to attend classes at ElleWell. You do not need to be a current patient to enjoy our classes and yoga community.
