I just got back from a conference weekend in Mexico — full days, lots of travel, changing schedules, and yes… indulgent meals.
And honestly? My body felt great the entire time.
My energy stayed steady, I slept well, and I didn’t experience that familiar post-travel crash or recovery hangover when I got home. One of the highlights of the trip was getting to help release baby sea turtles back into the ocean — a moment that felt like the perfect reminder of what true resilience looks like. 🐢💚
