Feeling stiff, tired, sore, anxious, disorganized or just out of sorts? How about stepping into a yoga class that feels like getting a massage from the inside out. Go from “ouch” to “ohm” in Dr. Elle’s vinyasa style alignment focused and power driven yoga class. New to yoga?  Don’t worry, Dr. Elle’s teaching methods make it safe and simple for any yoga newbie.

Who’s Dr. Elle?  She’s a dynamic holistic chiropractic doctor with a passion for teaching you how to explore balance in life & love.  Dr. Elle has been teaching and practicing yoga for more than 15 years and utilizes her extensive knowledge of the anatomy and alignment to find the yoga that suits your body’s particular needs.   Looking for a class with Dr. Elle?  She currently teaches Monday and Wednesday 12:30 to 1:30 at the new ElleWell studio at 933 Baca Street Suite C.

Cynthia Machado

As a functional trainer, Cynthia believes movement starts with the body and finishes with precision and realignment, allowing the body to function properly physically and biochemically. The movements your body performs will create organ health, hormone balance and an optimum environment for healing.

Cynthia has been a certified personal trainer since 2005 and a certified yoga instructor since 2007. She specializes in functional training and has extensive experience working privately with individuals on correcting their posture and alignment. Her sessions and classes are focused in alignment and precision, helping the body break free from pattern and releasing blocked energy.

Bea, CYT, is recognized as a skilled yoga therapist who is gifted at clearly seeing the source of alignment issues and muscular imbalances in the body that lead to physical limitations. With a compassionate and patient approach, she joyfully instructs her students to help themselves restore their bodies to optimal movement ability and health. Bea holds certifications in Anusara® Yoga and Yoga Tune Up® Fitness Therapy.

Pamela Greaves

Teaching since 2000, Pam has found the practice of yoga to not only keep our physical body flexible, strong and pain free but, to be the life-line to hold on to through life’s emotional ups and downs.  From years of studying anatomy and bio-mechanic alignment, she uses yoga therapeutically to assist her students in healing and experiencing greater freedom. Her classes are alignment based with precise, detailed instruction, providing a caring and supportive space for students to explore their strength, courage and ability.

Sharon Candelario, MSW, 200 hr, 500 hr –  is artist, social worker, tour guide, holistic consultant, and yoga teacher. She fell in love with yoga after discovering the practice 8 years ago. She began her own transformation and personal practice with her teacher Monique Parker in the Tradition of Svastha Yoga. Continued her studies in the 500-hr Svastha Therapy program with Dr. Ganesh Mohan.

Sharon founded Chimayo Sacred Earth Yoga, LLC . She offers group classes, private instruction, yoga for kids, and wellness workshops.

Rent Our Studio


Interested in renting out this beautiful space? We are now offering hourly, daily and weekly reservations for people interested in hosting their own event or workshop.  The space is around 650 square feet and is ideally suited for movement classes, yoga workshops, lectures, and meditation retreats with around 20-40 students. The amount of students depends on the class: for movement classes it is closer to 20 and for lecture and meditation it is closer to 40.  Booking includes use of facilities, waiting room, mats, props and kitchen.  There is plenty of parking on premises and in adjacent free city parking area.  If you are interested in booking this space please contact us soon to inquire about fees.  We offer a flat rate fee for the studio rental or can work with you on a percentage split of the event you host.  We require one month in advance notice to the event, but last minute requests can sometimes be accommodated.  Call 505-629-3116 and ask for Pam.
