Yoga

Yoga is a great way to keep your body and mid fit.  It is mindful practice of movement intended to strengthen intrinsic postural muscles and improve balance, flexibility and agility.  It has been shown to reduce back pain, headaches, anxiety and stress among a host of other problems.  There are many types of yoga classes offered.  Ask your local studio about the different types offered and what would best suit your needs.

Dr. Elle offers ongoing yoga classes during the week.  Please check back often for updated times.  Currently she is teaching at:

Santa Fe Soul: Tuesday   8:45am – 10am ($10 drop in rate)

Anytime Fitness: Wednesday   9am – 10am ($7 drop in rate)

Dr. Ele’s class is a total body and mind workout.  Through an integration of vinyasa flow yoga, Iyengar style alignment, core stabilization and cardio you will feel renewed and strengthened.  Dr. Elle keeps a keen eye on her students allowing for a comfortable and secure learning environment.  All levels are welcome.
